Terms of Use

These terms cover afterdue.com (and www.afterdue.com) — the free invoice tool and the $19 Get Paid Pack. Afterdue is operated by Afterdue / Abhishek Raj. Contact: support@afterdue.com.

By using the site or buying the pack, you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the site and do not complete checkout.

The free tool

The invoice generator is free. It runs in your browser. You may print or save a PDF of invoices you create. Nothing is uploaded to Afterdue. There is no account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on an invoice — amounts, tax, due dates, payment instructions — and for whether you are allowed to invoice that client.

The Get Paid Pack

The paid product is a one-time $19 digital download: five chase emails, WhatsApp / iMessage versions of each, deposit invoice wording, a late-fee worksheet, and Net-15 / late-fee / pause clauses.

Checkout is Polar, merchant of record. Polar handles the card and tax. Afterdue does not store cards. After payment, Polar emails you the pack. There is no Afterdue login. Polar’s checkout is also governed by Polar’s Buyer Terms.

License

You may use the templates in your own freelance practice, including editing them and sending them to your clients. You may not resell the pack, republish it as a competing product, or share the full file as if you wrote the library.

Not legal advice

The clauses and late-fee language are templates. Afterdue is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice. Late-fee rules vary by US state. You adapt the language. You stay responsible for your contracts. If the amount is large or the relationship is hostile, talk to a lawyer in your state.

No guarantee of payment

Buying the pack does not make a client pay. Afterdue does not process your clients’ payments, send invoices on your behalf, or contact your clients. You send the messages. You keep the relationship.

Refunds

The pack is a digital download delivered after payment. No refunds after download, unless a refund is required by law. If checkout charged you and the file never arrived, email support@afterdue.com and we will sort delivery.

US-oriented

The tool and pack assume USD, US payment rails (Zelle, ACH, Venmo), and freelance norms such as Net-15 or Net-30. They are not localized for VAT or other countries.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to generate invoices for fraud, impersonation, or anything illegal. Do not attack or overload the site in a way that interferes with other people using it.

Disclaimer

The site and pack are provided as-is. We do not warrant that using them will collect a debt, hold up in court, or meet a particular state’s fee rules.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, Afterdue’s liability for a claim about the site or the pack is limited to the amount you paid us for the pack ($19), or zero if you only used the free tool.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
